Combining the Joe's Hopper and a Muddler Minnow, Dave Whitlock from Oklahoma designed this pattern in the 1950's. It's a great grasshopper imitation and can be found in most South African's fly boxes. It catches both Trout and Smallmouth Yellowfish equally as well.
Great for fishing dry and dropper.
