MF RIVER RUNS STANDARD THREAD

River Runs popular standard thread 3/0 & 8/0 used by most fly tyers. It is characterized by a particularly rough surface, which renders it suitable for tying any type of dubbing. It has excellent tensile strength in relation to its size, is suitable for tying uniform bodies, can be used on #16 to #24 hooks.

ts very strong for its diameter, synthetic, non-fraying silk to the flies in the full size range. It can used primarily for under body and external body areas. Body Thread is very difficult to destroy by trout and grayling. After twisting the fibers, the silk is extremely durable. River Runs body thread does not change color in water. Multi-purpose for making the body dry, wet flies and nymphs.
