Originally tied by Tom Sutcliffe, the Zak is a South African favorite. It works great in any stream for trout and works just as well in stillwaters. Like the PTN, this pattern has caught fish in rivers all around the world. This variant is a modern take on the ZAK and uses a tungsten bead. It will work just as well for Yellows as it will for trout.
